OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
